Rental Coordination Assistance Terms
These terms explain how Rental Coordination Assistance and Rental Coordination Credits work through RentCarsWithCash.
By requesting Rental Coordination Assistance or paying a Rental Coordination Credit, you understand that RentCarsWithCash is helping connect you with rental providers and confirm rental information before you arrive. RentCarsWithCash is not the rental company and does not control final rental approval, pricing, deposits, vehicle availability, or rental agreements.
What RentCarsWithCash May Help With
RentCarsWithCash may help contact participating rental providers to confirm or review:
- Vehicle availability
- Estimated rental price
- Refundable deposit amount
- Estimated total due at pickup
- Accepted payment methods
- Required documents
- Insurance requirements
- Mileage rules
- Vehicle type or class
- Pickup location
- Pickup date and time
- Rental provider contact information
- Whether a Rental Coordination Credit can be applied toward the rental balance
Rental Coordination Credit
A Rental Coordination Credit may be required when a customer chooses to move forward with Rental Coordination Assistance.
The Rental Coordination Credit is intended to be applied toward the customer’s rental balance with a participating rental provider.
The Rental Coordination Credit is calculated as:
- $20 for the first rental day
- $10 for each additional rental day
- Maximum credit calculation based on 7 rental days
This means the standard Rental Coordination Credit amounts may include $20, $30, $40, $50, $60, $70, or $80 depending on the rental length.
What The Credit Is Not
The Rental Coordination Credit is not a full rental payment, refundable security deposit, insurance payment, damage deposit, cancellation fee, or final rental agreement.
The customer may still be responsible for the remaining rental balance, refundable deposit, insurance cost, taxes, fees, documents, and any other rental provider requirements.
Provider Responsibility
Final approval, pricing, deposits, payment methods, documents, insurance requirements, vehicle availability, pickup details, refunds, cancellations, damage claims, and rental agreements are handled by the rental provider.
RentCarsWithCash does not own, operate, inspect, insure, maintain, or control rental vehicles.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming final rental details directly with the rental provider before pickup.
Customers should confirm:
- Final price
- Remaining balance
- Deposit amount
- Accepted payment methods
- Required documents
- Insurance requirements
- Pickup location
- Pickup time
- Vehicle availability
- Rental agreement terms
Customers are also responsible for bringing all required documents, approved payment methods, deposits, and any other items required by the rental provider.
Refund Policy
A Rental Coordination Credit may be refundable if RentCarsWithCash is unable to identify or contact a participating rental provider that may fit the customer’s rental request.
A Rental Coordination Credit may be non-refundable once RentCarsWithCash provides a participating rental provider option with available contact information, estimated pricing, deposit information, accepted payment methods, required documents, pickup details, or rental terms.
If a rental provider refuses to honor the credit, cancels the option, or materially changes the confirmed terms before pickup, RentCarsWithCash may review the request for a refund or alternate provider option.
No Guarantee
Rental Coordination Assistance does not guarantee rental approval, vehicle availability, final pricing, deposit amount, vehicle type, pickup time, or a confirmed reservation.
All final rental decisions are made by the rental provider.
