Customers may cancel their rental request at any time by contacting RentCarsWithCash before pickup.
However, a Rental Lead Credit may not always be refundable once RentCarsWithCash has already contacted rental providers, confirmed rental details, sent provider information, or connected the customer with a participating rental company.
If the customer cancels before RentCarsWithCash has confirmed a rental option with a participating provider, the Rental Lead Credit may be eligible for a refund.
Once RentCarsWithCash has confirmed a rental provider, rental details, pickup information, or sent the customer a rental option, the Rental Lead Credit is generally non-refundable.
This is because the Rental Lead Credit represents RentCarsWithCash’s lead/referral fee for connecting the customer with a participating rental provider.
If the participating rental provider cancels, refuses the customer, does not honor the confirmed Rental Lead Credit, or materially changes the confirmed rental terms before pickup, RentCarsWithCash may review the situation and may offer one of the following:
If the customer does not show up, does not bring required documents, does not meet the provider’s rental requirements, changes their mind, or decides not to complete the rental after a provider has been confirmed, the Rental Lead Credit is generally non-refundable.
RentCarsWithCash does not own, operate, insure, inspect, maintain, or control rental vehicles. Final approval, pricing, deposits, rental agreements, documents, insurance requirements, vehicle availability, cancellations, refunds, and rental terms are handled by the rental provider.
