How Rental Coordination Assistance Works

1. Submit A Rental Request

Start by completing the rental request form with your pickup city, rental dates, vehicle type, payment method, license type, and rental needs.

2. We Verify Your Request

A RentCarsWithCash coordinator may contact you to verify your information and confirm that you are still actively looking for a rental.

3. We Contact Rental Providers

RentCarsWithCash may contact rental providers in your pickup city to check availability, confirm accepted payment methods, review deposit requirements, and ask about rental terms.

4. We Help Confirm Or Negotiate Rental Details

When possible, we may help confirm or negotiate customer-friendly rental details, including estimated rental price, deposit amount, total due at pickup, payment methods, documents required, insurance rules, mileage rules, vehicle type, and pickup instructions.

5. You Review The Rental Option

If a rental provider may fit your request, we may send you a summary with the provider name, pickup location, estimated price, deposit amount, payment methods, required documents, and next steps.

6. Rental Coordination Credit

If you choose to move forward with a participating rental provider, you may receive a private Rental Coordination Credit payment link. This credit is intended to be applied toward your rental balance with the participating provider.

Rental Coordination Credit

A Rental Coordination Credit may be required if you choose to have RentCarsWithCash help coordinate with a participating rental provider.

The Rental Coordination Credit is calculated as $20 for the first rental day and $10 for each additional rental day, up to 7 rental days.

This credit is intended to be passed to the participating rental provider and applied toward your rental balance. It is not a full rental payment, refundable security deposit, insurance payment, damage deposit, or final rental agreement.

RentCarsWithCash is a rental car directory, lead platform, and customer connection service. RentCarsWithCash does not own, operate, inspect, insure, maintain, or control rental vehicles.

Final approval, pricing, deposits, payment methods, documents, insurance requirements, vehicle availability, pickup details, refunds, cancellations, damage claims, and rental agreements are handled by the rental provider.
